Description:

 

Vaughn Construction is requesting proposals for University Health System Sky - Tower Medical Vacuum & AHU Replacement, located at 4802 Medical Dr., San Antonio, TX 78229.

Project will consist of replacing 6 med gas pumps currently serving functional operating rooms at the UHS Sky Tower. Work is to be phased due to the operating rooms needing to stay functional during the replacement. Project will also involve adding a new air handling unit within the existing mechanical room.

SCOPES OF WORK:

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Concrete.
